Every month, people who work in the environmental field or have in interest in a greener planet meet up for drinks at places all around the world at informal sessions known as Green Drinks. We have a lively mixture of people from NGOs, academia, government and business. It’s a great way of catching up with people you know and also for making new contacts. Everyone invites someone else along, so there’s always a different crowd, making Green Drinks an organic, self-organizing network.

Green Drinks Hawaii is held every first Tuesday of the month here at The Waterfront.  It is a free event starting at 5:00.  This month’s theme is SURFING due to the fact that the Triple Crown of Surfing starts in November.  There will be surf films, raffle prizes, and possible appearances of pro surfers!  Be sure to mark you calendars because this is a Green Drinks you don’t want to miss!
