Waterfront Ventures LLC, the parent company of The Waterfront at Aloha Tower Marketplace was formed by Rick Schneider and David Booth as an offshoot of their successful event business Events International Inc. specifically to manage the space at the foot of Aloha Tower.  While the companies operate separately, they share many resources.
